Teriyaki Fried Tofu and Rice
Some time ago I made a recipe for "Teriyaki Tofu Bowl," and I put the leftover sauce in the freezer. Today, I defrosted it and winged dinner without a recipe, unintentionally and ironically reproducing much of the same original Teriyaki Tofu Bowl.
I made some white/red/wild rice mix, then threw tofu, shelled fresh peas, and broccoli florets into some hot oil and cooked them for a while.
Then I added the rice, and teriyaki sauce.
Meanwhile I steamed some corn, and BAM! Dinner.
I'm sorry, that was a boring story about dinner. But you know what's interesting? This article about how planting a trillion trees could save us all from our planet-destroying selves. Yay trees!

Also, this is amusing: Emma collected seashells on our spring break vacation, and she has named them all.
